Please introduce your company.
- Rollon is a global linear motion components and system manufacture in Timken Group. Since 1975 Rollon has been working on creating a unique solution for each single customer’s application. Our products are widely used for the various industrial sectors,such as railway,material handling,aerospace,medical,industrial machinery and factory automation. Our main production is located in Italy and we have several assembly facility in Germany,US and China.

Please introduce to Rollon Nadella's core products and solutions,along with your strategy.
- We have four business unit in our company.
Firstly linear rails and telescopic slides,one of the historical product line of Rollon. The products has a very unique technical characteristic and diversified from any other linear components in the market. Based on the wide product range,we customize the standard products into the tailor made solutions in order to satisfy the customer’s requirements.
Secondly,Actuator and System products. Rollon has the widest product range of linear actuator and system products in the world. Using this very wide product range,we also design and build the special multi axis systems,perfectly fit for each customer’s production process.

Then,in this year thanks to the acquisition of Nadella group,Ball screw and Rod ends products are added in our product portfolio.

Our goal is to increase the customer’s machine performance,improve the efficiency and safety of our customer’s production with our solution for the automation.
The best product mix between Rollon + Nadella will help us and our customers to achieve the goal together.

What is the purpose of this visit Korea this time?
- I’m sales manager of Actuator Business Unit for APAC region. I frequently visit Asian countries to meet our partner and customers to work closely. We have a big expectation from South Korean market. In the same time we need to understand the market needs to offer the right product and service,because the sales model of Rollon is not only provide the standard products but most importantly provide the tailor made solution and even more develop new products to satisfy the customer’s evolving needs.

What is the sales strategy for expanding of Korean market?
- As I talked before South Korea is one of the countries where we have a biggest expectation because the industry mix in here is perfectly match to our business model. For Railway,Automotive,Material Handling,Robotic industry we have a lot of experience to have delivered solutions in Europe. I’m sure that our experience and expertise will be able to help our potential customers in South Korea too. Furthermore,we need to understand the customer’s needs in the specific industry in South Korea such as semi conductor and secondary battery,to develop new technologies and new solutions based on our unique product portfolio and capability to create the customized solutions.

To stay closer to the customers in South Korea,we need to grow our local structure and organization in South Korea as well as our partner network. To improve our service,we have developed the assembly factory in China to be more competitive for the delivery time. We are working to increase the product range which is possible to assemble in China,also localization of the supply chain.

Do you have any plans and goals for the next year in Korea?
- We are different from any other linear motion manufactures in the market with our unique business model and unique product range and solutions.Our goal is to establish the unique proposition in South Korean market and deliver significant advantages for our customers.
